MACS (Minorities, Accountability and Civic Space) This initiative aims to build capacity within the organization through workshops focusing on governance, financial management, project design and monitoring and evaluation. These sessions are designed to strengthen the organization's internal competencies, ensuring that staff have the knowledge and skills to effectively manage projects, oversee financial processes and implement sound governance practices. This will ultimately improve the organization's ability to design and implement impactful projects while ensuring accountability and sustainability.
